Last week, I shared my holiday shopping gift guide for monogrammed gifts, watches, my favorite plaid scarves, boots and vests. This week’s guides feature all things Amazon – Amazon.com, that is, the one-stop-shop for all of your holiday needs – and one for wine-lovers. Hope they give you a few ideas!
Admit it, you occasionally get a severe case of “outfit envy.” I do … all the time.
My philosophy is to embrace it, not fight it. I’m always on the hunt to reproduce someone else’s lust-worthy outfit, at a great price of course. I’m a pretty good bargain hunter, but I think I’m even better at finding inexpensive pieces to reproduce a specific look – make those pieces look pricey. It’s honestly rather easy to do.
I always have one staple, higher priced piece (for example, a Kate Spade bag), and then I style my outfit based on the occasion and my current mood. I imagine the clothing and accessories featured below for a vest-wearing gal headed out for a casual holiday gathering with friends. She can wear each of these pieces a million different ways, and she can definitely swap her jeans for a skirt. Just like that, she has an evening holiday look.
